Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Game Ever! So far I have played through two scenarios with my husband and 17 year old son. Neither one of them are big board game players. This game made them both enthusiastic about playing. I love that Escape Room The Game is not about competing against each other but rather with each other. We really enjoy the idea that everyone can use their strengths to contribute to the outcome. The only thing I wish I would have know ahead of time is that it required 3 AA batteries. It meant a one day delay in playing after it arrived. Fantastic game! I highly recommend it for families with older children. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Spin Master Games - Escape Room I got the game escape room I like that each room has a printed out image with multiple puzzles to solve which make it so much fun to play . The game was easy to play and comes with one electronic chronological decoder, hint card decoder, 16 keys, 32 hint cards, 4 different adventure packs. whats this games about is having to search for things and find clues etc in order to go on to the next room but your playing against a clock so can be frustrating but fun at the same time . My whole family loved this game so if like to play game this is a must buy . [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible game if you like puzzles We have played 2 of the 4 rooms so far. It stimulates the mind. This game is not for younger kids. I am looking forward to getting the expansion packs. This game is a one time use. Once you "play" a room you will probably not want to do it again. This is why you'd need the expansion packs. The puzzles tend to feed on one another. Again a great game if you like puzzles and mysteries. It is a great group game. You work together as a team to solve the puzzles on there is no competition with one another, just the timer. I highly recommend this game. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Escape room review I think escape room is a great thinking game for the family. It does get everyone involved trying to figure it out. I played it with my family. 4 players. We did all participate. The downfall to the game is if your not a mathematition or puzzle solver you may get frustrated. As most of us did. It didnt seem to make sense to us. We were stomped and ended up needing all the clues. We didnt really figure it all out on our own. Before buying this product I would want to know how complicated it may be for certain people. The difficulty level. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mentally Stimulating. After hearing about "The Escape Room" on The Free Beer and Hot Wings radio show, I'm so glad that I got the opportunity to try this game out for free! I love the fact that it was easy to set up and it was quite mentally stimulating knowing that some levels can be quite difficult. It's a game that's a definite for the most tactical of minds. Question is, are we all up for the challenge in regards to this game? I know that I'm game! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fast paced action! This is a great interactive game that says it's for 3-5 people, but we found it hard even with 4, as the clues are small in size & are difficult for many people to work on it at once. The clues were great & progressed in a nice, appropriate manner. The first escape ends up being the learning curve one, as it takes that to get the hang of it. If anyone is shy or introverted, they may end up feeling left out. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of the best intriguing games yet!! Spin master sent me this game and at first I was a little leery about getting it but after I got it I was truly amazed!! We have went out to play games like this at different places in the city and it is nice to have one that is at home and you can have people over and have drinks and play at the same time!! The best thing about this game is that my teenager and her friends played this all night and had a blast!! This game makes you think outside the box and makes you use a thought process that I did not know I had!! This game is not for little kids because it requires lot of concentration and attention span that you might not get from a kid that is under the age of 10! I would highly recommend this game to a family and a group of friends that likes a challenge and good time!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Time consuming After looking at all the rules and instructions, I decided that it was something our kids would have more time for. After letting our 22 & 20 year olds along with their girlfriends play, I asked how they liked it. "Time consuming" was the overall verdict. They said once it got started it took a long time to finish with only playing 2 rooms. It was somewhat confusing to them at the start but once they actually got the ball rolling, so to speak, it wasn't complicated. As the younger of the two stated, it took longer than any other game they play, and they started losing interest in the game before they were close to finished. He did also say, though, that the next time they are all just hanging around with plenty of spare time they will probably finish another room, so they aren't completely turned off from it.
