Return Policy

Shop.Spinmaster.com hopes that you are completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items sold by Shop.Spinmaster.com within 60 days of delivery for a refund. Items that are not permitted to be replaced or returned are described below under “Ineligible Returns”.

Ineligible Returns

Shop.Spinmaster.com cannot accept for return any item that has been opened, or exceeds the 60 days from delivery threshold. If an item was sold as a set, individual elements of that set cannot be returned for a refund. Items which have arrived damaged or are believed to be defective are described below under “Damaged and Defective Products”.

Damaged and Defective Products

If your items were delivered damaged or you believe them to be defective, please contact us at 1-855-321-SPIN (7746).

Requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA)

Shop.Spinmaster.com values you as a customer and wishes to make your experience as hassle-free as possible. If you wish to return an item purchased from Shop.Spinmaster.com and the item meets the conditions outlined above, please call us at 1-855-321-SPIN (7746) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, as well as information on how to return an item.

Please note that returned items that are received without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number may be subject to additional processing time in refunding your account. A restocking fee of $10.00 USD will be subtracted from the value of the return.

Returning your Item(s)

  1. Contact Shop.Spinmaster.com customer service to receive your RMA number.
  2. Pack the items securely in a box. This can be either the box in which the items arrived, or one of your own. Please ensure all old shipping labels and barcodes have been removed.
  3. Affix the return label securely to the outside of the box. (The return label is located on the lower portion of this packing slip – reverse side.)
  4. Send your Return to us using a convenient insured or trackable shipper.

Returning Bonus or Promotional Items

Occasionally Shop.Spinmaster.com will offer Bonus or Promotional items with your order. If you wish to return an item which included a bonus or promotional item, those items must be included with your returned item to receive a refund. Bonus or Promotional items may not be returned separately for a refund.

Requesting a Refund

Eligible refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and will include the cost of the item plus applicable sales tax, minus any applicable restocking fees. Cost of shipping will not be refunded on returned items.

Processing Your Return

Please allow 21 business days to process your return. You will receive notification via e-mail confirming that your return has been received and processed. If after 21 days you still have not received notification, please contact us at 1-855-321-SPIN (7746). Refunds may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement

Undeliverable Shipments

When packages are returned to us as undeliverable, we will attempt to contact you via phone or e-mail in order to obtain a different shipping address to re-ship the order. If you are concerned that there may be an issue with delivery of your order, you can log in at shop.spinmaster.com or call us at 1-855-321-SPIN (7746).

Cancelling or Changing an Order

Once an order has been submitted, you must contact our Customer Service Center at 1-855-321-SPIN (7746) to attempt to cancel or change it. We are unable to honor customer requests to cancel or change orders that have already entered the shipping process with the exception of remaining items in a partially shipped order.
